Adoption and recommendation of the approval of a master plan amendment to the board to change the master plan designation from Open Space and Medium Density Residential into Parks and Recreation for a 10.15 acre parcel park site in the Lompa Ranch area. The reasoning for abandonment is to develop an approved 139 lot residential subdivision. Request for recommendation to the Board of Supervisors of the abandonment of a ±47,360 square feet public access easement within the Lompa Ranch North Specific Plan Area and zoned MultiFamily Duplex.
